What file formats does Cozy Stitch support?
Cozy Stitch is designed around pattern files such as PDF, .saga, .dize, and .xsd. Import quality depends on the structure of the source file, especially for PDFs.
Why do some PDFs import better than others?
Some PDFs contain real text, lines, symbols, and colors that can be parsed. Others are mostly images or scans, which are harder to interpret reliably. A PDF that looks clear to a person may still be difficult for software to reconstruct.
Does Cozy Stitch replace the original pattern?
No. Cozy Stitch helps you organize and work from your pattern files, but you should keep your original purchased or created pattern files.
What happens after my trial?
After the trial ends, subscription access is required for product features. You can still sign in and manage account settings.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe from your account page. Access generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from your account page. Account deletion removes your account and uploaded pattern data, while limited records may be retained where needed for billing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and trial eligibility enforcement.
