What file formats does Cozy Stitch support?
Cozy Stitch is designed around pattern files such as PDF, Cross Stitch Saga (.saga), Cross Stitch Paradise (.dize), Pattern Maker (.xsd). Import quality depends on the structure of the source file, especially for PDFs.
Why do some PDFs import better than others?
Some PDFs contain real text, lines, symbols, and colors that can be parsed. Others are mostly images or scans, which are harder to interpret reliably. A PDF that looks clear to a person may still be difficult for software to reconstruct.
Does Cozy Stitch replace the original pattern?
No. Cozy Stitch helps you organize and work from your pattern files, but you should keep your original purchased or created pattern files.
What happens after my trial?
After the trial ends, subscription access is required for product features. You can still sign in and manage account settings.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe from your billing page. Without a refund or earlier account deletion, access generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation. Canceling does not automatically request a refund.
How do I delete my account?
Self-service account deletion is not available. To request deletion of your account and uploaded data, contact [email protected]. Cancel your subscription on your billing page before requesting deletion. Site owners handle deletion of your sign-in identity, application account data, and uploaded files. Backups may remain for up to one year, and other retained records are described in our Privacy Policy.
Does my free trial automatically become paid?
No. An eligible account trial does not create a paid subscription. You only subscribe by completing a separate checkout. Payment terms are shown before you purchase.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days after an initial subscription payment or renewal charge. Paid access for that payment ends when refunded. See our Refund Policy for details and your statutory rights.
