Using Cozy Stitch
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You may use Cozy Stitch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the service to store or distribute unlawful content.
Your Content
You keep ownership of pattern files, progress data, tags, and other content you upload or create in Cozy Stitch.
You grant Cozy Stitch the limited permission needed to host, process, parse, convert, display, back up, and transmit your content so we can provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload and use any pattern files or materials you add to your account.
Subscriptions, Trials, And Billing
- Cozy Stitch may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, and plan tiers with different features.
- Billing is processed through Stripe. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
- Unless stated otherwise during checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- You can manage billing and cancellation through the billing tools provided in your account.
- Feature availability, pricing, and trial terms may change, but changes will not reduce access already paid for during the current billing period unless required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion from your account page. Account deletion removes your account and uploaded content, while limited records may be retained where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing records, dispute handling, and trial eligibility enforcement.
Service Availability
We work to keep Cozy Stitch reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider failures, or security events.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to maintain, secure, or improve the service.
Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
Cozy Stitch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozy Stitch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of Cozy Stitch after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
